Our Marketer plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital transformation services by developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage with our target CSuite & Digital leadership audience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a B2B Services Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and increase brand awareness for our digital transformation services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the B2B market and be skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies that target C-suite leaders in large global corporations, as well as SMEs and start-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage with specific companies and decision-makers, using personalized messaging and content. Example experience: Created a customized digital transformation roadmap for a specific company, highlighting how our services can help them achieve their specific goals.
- Create and distribute valuable and relevant content, such as case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts, that address the pain points and challenges of our target audience. Example: Develop a series of blog posts on “Digital Transformation Strategies for SMEs”, showcasing our expertise in this area.
- Leverage email marketing to nurture leads, promote content, and communicate with prospects and customers. Example: Develop a lead nurturing campaign that targets C-suite leaders in a specific industry, providing valuable insights and educational content.
- Participate in and host events such as webinars, conferences, meetups or roundtables to showcase our services and generate leads. Example: Host a digital transformation workshop for SMEs in a specific geographic location, showcasing our expertise and providing actionable insights.
- Leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, TikTok or Facebook to engage with prospects and customers, promote content, and build brand awareness. Example: Use LinkedIn sponsored content ads to target C-suite leaders in specific industries with relevant content.
- Use search engine marketing (SEM) tactics such as Google Ads to drive traffic to our website and generate leads. Example: Develop a Google Ads campaign that targets specific keywords related to digital transformation services, driving traffic to our website and landing pages.
- Use account-based advertising (ABA) to reach specific accounts or companies through targeted ads. Example: Use LinkedIn sponsored InMail ads to reach decision-makers at a specific company, providing personalized messaging and content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B services marketing, with a deep understanding of the B2B market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing high-quality content.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
- Experience in using SEO and SEM techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them to engage with target audiences.
- Experience in managing events, webinars, and conferences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for digital transformation and making a positive impact on businesses and society.
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should also have experience in using CRM tools such as Zoho (preferred), Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer data and improve customer retention. They should also be comfortable working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva or Promo to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as infographics, presentations, or videos.
