The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving the growth of our digital transformation services by developing and executing sales strategies that engage with our target audience and generate leads.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Representative to sell our digital transformation services to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the B2B market and be skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that target C-suite leaders in large global corporations, as well as SMEs and start-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients and decision-makers, and develop a sales pipeline to convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct research and analyze market data to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Use sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer data and improve customer retention.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network with prospects and generate leads.
  • Participate in regular sales training and coaching to improve skills and stay up-to-date with our products and services.
  • Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B market and sales techniques that target decision-makers at large global corporations, as well as SMEs and start-ups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Comfortable using sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer data and improve customer retention.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation services and related technologies.
  • Comfortable attending industry conferences and events to network with prospects and generate leads.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for digital transformation and making a positive impact on businesses and society.

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should also have experience in using CRM tools such as Zoho (preferred), Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer data and improve customer retention. They should also be comfortable attending industry conferences and events to network with prospects and generate leads.
